Valid Return Scenarios

- Broken blades on new trimmers
- Malfunctioning safety switches
- Corroded parts on unopened packages
2️⃣ Shipping Damage
- Dented lawn mower housings
- Cracked glass solar lights
- Punctured packaging exposing tools
3️⃣ Incorrect Shipments
- Wrong model received (e.g. 20V trimmer instead of 40V)
- Missing accessories from combo kits

Return Process
📦 Defective/Damaged Items
- Email service@mail.tlerabiee.com within 14 days
- Include:
- Order number
- Damage photos (show serial numbers)
- We prepay return shipping
- Refund processed within 15 business days
🛒 Change-of-Mind Returns
- Email request within 14 days
- Items must be:
- Unused with original tags
- In undamaged manufacturer packaging
- Customer pays return shipping
- $8 restocking fee applies
